Jordan T. Schuetzle, Esq.
Jordan Schuetzle has practiced law in North Dakota since 2007, when he first authored a grant proposal to provide estate planning services to under served populations in western North Dakota. In 2008 he launched the Schuetzle Law Office, PLLC to provide business related legal advice to entrepreneurs and small businesses in North Dakota. While entrepreneurs remain his main focus, he has expanded his practice areas over the years to include nonprofit law, real estate law, financial law, and estate planning.
Schuetzle graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science in 2005, Juris Doctorate in 2008, and Masters of Business Administration in 2009 all from the University of North Dakota. He was a very active student, having served as a Student Senator, University Senator, Student Body President, UND Judicial Branch Chief Justice, President of the Student Bar Association, and held officer or chair positions in dozens of other student organizations and University Committees.
Schuetzle has previously worked for the United States Senate Budget Committee, the North Dakota State Legislative Council, various law firms, and the Center for Innovation. A long time entrepreneur, he operated a videographer service after high school, a handyman company during college, and in leadership roles with Libera Systems, a provider of prescription mapping services to agricultural producers, and Evergreen Investment Management, a private equity consulting firm. Schuetzle was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Dakota, where he taught a course he developed within the College of Business and Public Administration called “Entrepreneur Law and Operations.” Following the success of the first two years, the course was recently made a required part of the nationally ranked Entrepreneurship program. Schuetzle is proud to be serving with great men and women as a Captain in the North Dakota Army National Guard.
Schuetzle has twice been selected to the Super Lawyer’s rising stars list and has been named a 40 under 40 recipient by Prairie Business and ND Business Watch. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Denver Post, Star Tribune, and many regional newspapers.
